This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through nozey.com.au , operated by Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd as trustee for Conscious Commerce Trust (ACN 684 009 210, ABN 49 212 890 255) trading under the brand “Nozey” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We follow the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. Overview
We provide TGA-listed nasal breathing aids (ARTG 409822) and related products. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, this Policy explains our return and refund process. It doesn’t replace any rights you have under the ACL.
2. Change of Mind
- “Change of mind” returns are offered at our discretion.
- Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Approved returns may result in a store credit or refund.
- Please contact us first before returning anything.
3. Consumer Guarantees (Faulty or Defective Products)
Under the ACL, you’re entitled to remedies for faulty products:
- Major Failures: You can choose a refund or replacement.
- Minor Failures: We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
We may request evidence (e.g., photos) to assess the defect or fault.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We also offer a Money-Back Guarantee for general dissatisfaction (e.g., fit or feel).
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We may request the return of any unused portion or packaging for verification.
5. Initiating a Return or Refund

- Wait for Authorisation: We’ll review your request within 2–5 business days.
- Ship (if needed): If the product is faulty, we may provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, postage costs may be on you.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect any returned item (if required), we’ll confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
7. Replacement or Exchange
If your product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, we may offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost. This is in addition to your rights under the ACL.
8. Exceptions
- We may refuse returns or refunds if we detect fraud or misuse.
- Shipping costs are typically non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or we’re at fault.
